Finally, she also had a brief stint with her own business, Sunshine Associates (Car Security Systems), as the Authorized Regional Centre of Navi Mumbai. Currently serving as Core Faculty in SIES College of Management Studies in Mumbai since 2004, for the subjects of Training & Development (T & D), HRM, OB, Behavioral Dynamics (BD), Human Resource Applications (HRA) and Corporate Readiness for the courses of MMS & MCA (Mumbai Uni.), Post Graduate Diploma In Mngt (PGDM), Pharmaceuticals Mngt (PGDM), Biotech Mngt (PGDM), E-PGPBM, Post Graduate Program in Social Enterprise Mngt (PGDSEM) etc. Have publications of articles and papers in established biz journals, research journals, magazines and newspapers.
