Prof. Mani has been active as a HRD Specialist, Motivational Trainer & Mentor in the areas of Education Management, Organizational Behavior and Career Guidance for over 2 decades. He is currently involved in advising several blue-chip companies in areas of HRM, institution building & edifying, T & D, corporate strategies, etc.

He has done his Masters in PM & IR from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai and has been a gold medalist.

Besides, he is also actively involved in several educational charities.

A Post Graduate in Management from S.P. Jain Institute for Management and Research, Shri. Harish Aiyer has a distinguished corporate career.

He was with Somatico Laboratories Pvt Ltd. (Pharmaceutical company) till 1999. Harish as Executive Director was instrumental in setting up the entire manufacturing set-up of Somatico Laboratories Pvt. Ltd. and Somatico Pharma Pvt. Ltd.

He is one of the founder members of Softcell Technologies Ltd. in 1989, and currently on its Board. The turnover of the company as at the end of March 2007 was over Rs 250 croreres.

Mr Aiyer is currently the Hon. Secretary Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan’s Navi Mumbai Kendra and Vice Chairman of Bombay Management Association, Navi Mumbai chapter.
Mr. Aiyer enjoys reading in his personal time. He practices martial arts, meditation and Brahma Vidya. He is an amateur astronomer, archeologist and photographer. He is at present involved in research on Brain, Brain Development and Yoga. He has interests in Robotics, Artificial Intelligence and Knowledge Management. He owns a personal library of over 7500 books (non fiction) on various subjects.

Dr Mankad is currently Dean Emeritus, Russell Square International College in Mumbai. Former President, AICAR Business School, Neral, Maharastra, former Vice Chancellor of Mody Institute of Technology and Science, (MITS), Lakshmangarh, Distt. Sikar, and also former Vice Chancellor of Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), Mumbai, Dr Mankad is an eminent academician with a versatile career.

A Ph.D. in Commerce from the University of Bombay in International Finance, Dr. Mankad undertook a year’s post-doctoral work at the University of Pennsylvania during 1973-74. For 1974-79, he was a faculty in Economics / Finance at Shaw University, North Carolina where he handled many tasks in academic administration, including that of a Chairperson of Division of Administrative Science, comprising of five departments.

Dr Mankad has had also a distinguished career as a Management Consultant in areas of Strategy, OD and Finance. From 1983-88, he was CEO of Technova, a mid-size company manufacturing printing chemicals and accessories.

He has also undertaken several research projects funded by agencies like, Aga Khan Foundation, National Council for Applied Economic Research, Union Bank, State Bank of India and Piaggio Ltd.. A reputed management trainer, Dr. Mankad has trained hundreds of senior and middle level managers of a number of companies like ACC, Larsen & Toubro, LIC, Air Freight Ltd., among others
