The strategic thrust of the institute for next couple of years will be focusing on two specific areas wherein it will try to create niche for itself. With these objective in view, institute has created Centers of Excellence in these areas with clear-cut agenda. These areas are-

- Ethics & Values

| Apart from running training / education programs both for students and corporate, each center will like to position itself as a center of excellence and think tank for the country as a whole. In this context the centers will constantly undertake a number of policy researches and disseminate findings with all stakeholders.
