We at SIESCOMS understand that the privacy of all users is important and all information collected by us is kept private and never shared with other organizations. Through this privacy statement we inform you about the types of information gathered and disseminated on the website. While internet technologies continue to develop and evolve rapidly, which may require us to alter our Privacy Policy; this will not affect our general commitment to the protection of our visitors’ privacy.
 
General Statement
You may visit our website without identifying yourself or revealing any personal information, which can be associated with a specific person and can be used to identify that person. However, you may be required to submit certain personal information for certain transactions including profiles’ update, application and certain data.
As a general rule, SIESCOMS will not disclose to any third party (sell, swap, rent, or otherwise) any such personal information for commercial purposes. Such information will be utilised only for the purpose stated to which end SIESCOMS may disclose the information to its employees, consultants, agents, and regulators etc., who have a legitimate need to know the information. SIESCOMS also reserves the right to disclose this information under special circumstances such as disclosures required by law, court order or circumstances under which disclosure, at the sole discretion of SIESCOMS, is necessary to protect the legal rights, including the intellectual property rights, of SIESCOMS.

SIESCOMS may collect other information about its users that is not connected with any specific personal identity, such as data about usage and service operation. We may use your personal information to
  • Process transactions and send notices about your transactions
  • Resolve disputes, collect fees, and troubleshoot problems;
  • Prevent potentially prohibited or illegal activities, and enforce our User Agreement;

System Information, IP Addresses and Referrers
When you connect to our website, our web server may record the numerical Internet Protocol (IP) address of the computer you are using, information about your browser and operating system, date and time of access and the internet address and page which linked you to our web site. The staff of SIESCOMS uses such information to diagnose problems, to administer and improve our website and to generate aggregate statistical reports that analyse general user information and demographics. Unless required by a legal process, we do not link IP addresses to anything personally identifiable. This means that user sessions may be tracked by IP address, but a user's identity remains anonymous. In addition, we ordinarily do not disclose site usage to third parties by individual IP addresses, but may do so in very limited circumstances when complying with law or legal process, working with consultants assisting us in fixing or improving our site, or in monitoring and improving the security of our network. Our staff monitors search terms that users enter into our Search Engine, but this tracking is never associated with individual users.
 
For making online payment of fee, login at the Portal of SIES College of Management Studies (SIESCOMS) and follow the instructions thereafter. After successful completion of the payment, the system will be directed back to the portal, generate receipt of the payment made and students are to produce the same as and when required. We do not charge any processing fee or service charge from the students for online payment. However, the students may have to pay the charges as applicable for the merchant banks. It is recommended that you take and retain a copy of the transaction for record keeping purposes, which might assist in resolving disputes, if any, that may arise out of usage of the service. Your payment will normally reach SIESCOMS account to which you are making a payment within two working days. SIESCOMS shall not be liable for payment of fee which is deposited to the wrong account due to quoting of incorrect information. We cannot accept liability for a payment not reaching the correct SIESCOMS account if payment is refused or declined by the credit/debit card supplier for any reason. If the card supplier declines payment, SIESCOMS is under no obligation to bring this fact to your notice. Kindly confirm with your bank/credit/debit card supplier that the payment has been deducted from your account. In no event will SIESCOMS be liable for any damages, direct or indirect, whatsoever arising out of the use, inability to use, or the results of use of this site, any websites linked to this site, or the materials or information contained at any or all such sites, whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory and whether or not advised of the possibility of such damages. The service is provided using a payment gateway service provider through a secure website. However SIESCOMS does not accept or assume any liability in the event of any unauthorized interception, hacking or other unauthorized access to Information provided by a user of the service. The Applicant further agrees and undertakes to provide correct and valid debit/credit card details and is fully and lawfully entitled to use the credit / debit card, bank account for such transactions.
SIESCOMS reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions from time to time and the current version will be that published on this website. We reserve the right to decline the acceptance of an online payment if your account is in default for any reason. SIESCOMS may also make additions / deletions / alteration to the services offered, at its sole discretion and also reserve the right to withdraw the service at any time at its discretion, without prior notice.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India and the competent courts at Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
 
The cancellation of admission will be as per the rules and regulations laid down by the
Directorate of Technical Education/Admission Regulating Authority, Mumbai / All India
Council of Technical Education and University of Mumbai. Fee once paid will not be
refunded. However, if there is any excess payment for any reason whatsoever, the student
may file his/her claim with the Registrar of their respective college for further action.
In the event that an overpayment is made against the total of Tuition Fees due, the credit
balance arising will be used to offset any debt or invoice arising from, library debts or any
other legitimate charge in due date order. If there is no other debt or invoice, any remaining
credit balance will be refunded in accordance with SIESCOMS normal refund procedure.
Refunds must be requested and supported by written authorization from the Student.
Returns are usually made manually and student will get a cheque for return payments.
